Over the years, the church has absorbed the many changes that have taken place in the district and, more particularly, in how people practiced their faith. This history covers that story and tells of the people involved in making that happen.

Built in 1934, the hall and the Saturday night dances of the 1940s and 50s have a place in the memories of so many. The hall was also the sentry for the parish events, a place of fun and excitement.
